USA has one of the most imprisoned populations in the world due to
the war on drugs, inner city decay and poor race relations.
Some populations prefer monarchies / authoritian rule to democracy.
Oppressive & aggressive regimes (democratic or otherwise) should
be challenged through the use of peaceful disincentives and
incentives. |

understanding of the motivations of those in the Jihad. Little attention
has been paid to what has worked in the past. Little attention has been
paid to peace experts. |
